Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment clearing (Zelle and Venmo are usually same-day). Subscriptions ship on the 1st of each month.

Shipping speed

Domestic US: USPS Priority Mail, 2–3 business days. We do not currently ship internationally.

Free shipping threshold

Free shipping kicks in at $200 after any bulk discounts. Two peptides at the 20% bulk tier almost always clears it.

Cold-chain handling

Heat-sensitive items (NAD+, IGF-1 LR3, larger blends) ship with a small frozen gel pack in an insulated mailer when summer temperatures require it. No extra cost.

Packaging & discretion

Plain mailers, no Atlas Labs branding on the outside. Return address is a neutral business name.
