Damaged in transit
If your vial arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, email a photo to hello@atlas-labs.shop within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, we'll either replace the order or refund the lost items. Whichever you prefer.
No returns on opened or unopened vials
Because peptides are temperature- and contamination-sensitive, we cannot accept returns of vials that have left our facility — even if unopened. This protects future customers from receiving compromised product.
Wrong item shipped
On us. Keep the wrong item, we'll ship the correct one within 24 hours of you reporting it.
Subscription cancellations
The $350/month "any 4 peptides" subscription requires a single month minimum. After the first month you can cancel any time before the next shipment date by emailing us. No fees, no questions.
