What we collect
To fulfill an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number, the products you bought, and your chosen payment method. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also store your email.
How we use it
Solely to process and ship your order, send order updates, respond to support requests, and (with your opt-in) send occasional product or research updates. We never sell your data.
How it's stored
Order and subscription data is stored in our backend database with row-level access control. Only Atlas Labs staff can read order details. We do not retain payment credentials — all payments are processed off-platform (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).
Referral cookies
If you visit Atlas Labs through an affiliate link (?ref=CODE), we store that referral code in your browser's localStorage for 60 days so we can credit the affiliate for any order you place. The code never leaves your device until you submit an order.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@atlas-labs.shop. We respond within 7 business days.
